Warranty
Certain products sold by Wesley Woods Consulting LLC; DBA Mission Print Co carry a limited warranty. If your order is incorrect or damaged in shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will make the necessary arrangements.
Graphic Approval
Graphic orders will be processed as ordered unless you notify us of any changes prior to the scheduled ship date. Graphics must be pre-approved in writing via email before printing can take place. Please only approve your graphic art when you are ready to commit to its printing, as this approval is final and not reversible. Approval must be received by 3 PM EST for that business day to count, or else the approval date will be the following business day.
Limitation of Liability
Wesley Woods Consulting LLC; DBA Mission Print Co shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Wesley Woods Consulting LLC; DBA Mission Print Co has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Wesley Woods Consulting LLC; DBA Mission Print Co limit of liability is the purchase price of the stand or banner purchased. The customer agrees to hold Wesley Woods Consulting LLC; DBA Mission Print Co harmless for any other costs other than those associated with the direct purchase price of the stand or banner purchased. Wesley Woods Consulting LLC; DBA Mission Print Co does not refund shipping charges. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges of products. Wesley Woods Consulting LLC; DBA Mission Print Co is not responsible for products damaged in shipping, misdirected products, or any other circumstances out ofWesley Woods Consulting LLC; DBA Mission Print Co control.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Wesley Woods Consulting LLC; DBA Mission Print Co product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Wesley Woods Consulting LLC; DBA Mission Print Co reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Wesley Woods Consulting LLC; DBA Mission Print Co reserves the right to refuse or cancel such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Wesley Woods Consulting LLC; DBA Mission Print Co shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Returns & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, please contact us within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the product for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request. The product must be returned within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. Printed graphics are non-refundable due to their custom nature. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product.
